The ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet CPAP Machine is a premium automatic positive airway pressure device designed for the prescribed treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea in patients weighing more than 30 kg. It automatically monitors the user’s breathing and adjusts airflow pressure throughout the night to provide effective therapy at the lowest suitable pressure. The machine is suitable for prescribed home and hospital use.
The device supports AutoSet, AutoSet for Her and fixed CPAP therapy modes with an adjustable pressure range of 4–20 cmH₂O. Its AutoSet algorithm responds to changing pressure requirements, while the AutoSet for Her mode provides a gentler pressure response designed around breathing patterns commonly observed in women with obstructive sleep apnoea.
The AirSense 11 includes an integrated HumidAir 11 heated humidifier, an easy-to-use touchscreen, AutoRamp with sleep-onset detection and Expiratory Pressure Relief for easier exhalation. It can also connect with the ResMed myAir application, allowing users to review sleep information, receive setup guidance and access personalised therapy support.
