Shipping and Delivery Policy
Standard online delivery is ₹250 and is free for orders of ₹5,000 or more. Standard handling is up to one business day and transit is normally up to three business days. Special handling, express delivery, installation, oversized equipment or non-standard destinations may require a separate confirmed quotation.

Risk and inspection
Inspect packages and equipment at receipt. Visible transit damage or missing items should be recorded immediately with photographs and delivery acknowledgement.
Delays
Weather, traffic, access restrictions, carrier issues, manufacturer supply, verification or force-majeure events may affect delivery. The team will communicate material changes when known.
