About Bipap Machine Y30T - BMC
The BMC RESmart GII Y-30T BiPAP Machine is a non-invasive bilevel positive airway pressure device designed for adult patients with obstructive sleep apnoea and respiratory insufficiency. It delivers separate inspiratory and expiratory pressure levels to support comfortable and effective breathing during prescribed home, hospital or institutional therapy.
The machine supports CPAP, S, T and S/T therapy modes. It provides an inspiratory pressure range of up to 30 cmH₂O and features a Target Tidal Volume function that automatically adjusts pressure support according to the patient’s recent breathing and prescribed tidal-volume requirement.
The BMC Y-30T includes a heated humidifier, automatic leak compensation, altitude compensation, adjustable inspiratory and expiratory sensitivity, inspiratory-time control and Reslex pressure relief. Its 3.5-inch colour display shows important therapy information in real time, while SD-card recording helps store patient and device data for therapy review.
