About Bipap Machine Y25T - BMC
The BMC RESmart GII Y-25T BiPAP Machine is an advanced bilevel positive airway pressure device designed to provide prescribed non-invasive ventilation for adults with obstructive sleep apnoea and respiratory insufficiency. It delivers separate inspiratory and expiratory pressure levels, helping patients breathe more comfortably during sleep and respiratory therapy. The device is suitable for prescribed use at home, hospitals and healthcare institutions.
The machine supports CPAP, S, T and S/T therapy modes with an adjustable pressure range of 4–25 cmH₂O. Its Target Tidal Volume function provides suitable pressure support according to changing breathing requirements, while adjustable trigger sensitivity and inspiratory-time controls help improve synchronisation between the patient and the machine.
The BMC Y-25T features a large 3.5-inch colour display, automatic leakage compensation, altitude compensation, ramp function and Reslex expiratory pressure relief. Its heated humidifier provides five adjustable humidity levels to help reduce dryness and irritation caused by continuous airflow. Therapy information can be recorded using an SD card and reviewed through BMC reporting options.
