The Devon Cirona 6200 DVT Pump is a portable intermittent pneumatic compression device designed to help prevent deep vein thrombosis in patients who are at risk because of reduced mobility, surgery, trauma or extended bed rest. The system uses soft compression sleeves fitted around the calves, calf-and-thigh area or feet to support venous blood circulation.

During therapy, the pump automatically inflates the connected sleeves for approximately 12 seconds, followed by a 48-second relaxation period. This creates a complete 60-second compression cycle that helps imitate the circulatory effect of natural walking and reduce blood stagnation in the lower limbs.

The Cirona 6200 delivers a preset therapeutic pressure of 40 mmHg and can be used with compatible calf, calf-thigh or foot garments. Its rechargeable lithium battery, bedside hanger, compact construction and continuous operating mode make it suitable for hospitals, clinics and medically supervised home care.
