The Oxymed AirSmart Auto BiPAP Machine is an automatic bilevel positive airway pressure device designed for obstructive sleep apnoea patients who experience difficulty or discomfort with conventional CPAP therapy. It provides two separate pressure levels—a higher inspiratory pressure during inhalation and a lower expiratory pressure during exhalation—to support more natural and comfortable breathing throughout the night.
The machine supports Auto BPAP, Auto CPAP, CPAP and S therapy modes with an adjustable pressure range of 4–30 cmH₂O. Its advanced FlowSens technology monitors breathing patterns, detects central sleep apnoea events and helps prevent unsuitable pressure responses. Automatic leakage compensation also helps maintain stable therapy when minor mask leakage occurs.
The Oxymed AirSmart Auto includes a detachable heated humidifier that helps reduce nasal dryness, throat irritation and discomfort caused by continuous airflow. Its ergonomic colour display, automatic start and stop function, ramp feature, quiet operation and lightweight construction make it convenient for regular prescribed sleep therapy.
