Refund process
After pickup, the equipment and accessories are inspected. The eligible balance is returned using the agreed method.
Possible deductions
Outstanding rent, repair, deep cleaning, missing parts, transport or delayed return may be deducted with supporting details.
Not advance rent
Unless specifically agreed, the deposit is separate from rent and cannot automatically be used as the final rental payment.
