Safe use
Equipment must be used according to manufacturer instructions and clinical advice. Do not modify, open or relocate installed equipment without approval.
Payments
Rent is billed for the agreed period or billing block. Delays and extensions may create additional charges.
Delivery and pickup
Customer must provide safe access, accurate address details, lift/stair information and an authorised person for handover.
Return condition
Equipment, cables, accessories and manuals must be returned in supplied condition, allowing reasonable wear.
Medical responsibility
Rental equipment does not replace diagnosis, prescription, monitoring or emergency medical care.
