Terms & Conditions – Medical Equipment Rental Services by Divine Health Home Care
These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of medical equipment provided by Divine Health Home Care in Noida, Delhi & Ghaziabad. By renting equipment from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Availability:
- The medical equipment rental service is available in Noida, Delhi & Ghaziabad.
- Equipment is provided based on availability at the time of booking.
2. Rental Pricing & Payment:
- The rental price varies based on the rental duration (daily, weekly, or monthly) and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon return of the machine in good condition.
- Full rental payment must be made before or at the time of delivery.
- Late payment charges may apply for overdue payments.
- Rental item amount will not be adjusted towards the item’s selling price (if the customer wishes to purchase the rental item).
3. Equipment Usage & Maintenance:
- The equipment is to be used only for its intended medical purpose and must be handled with care.
- The user/family is responsible for keeping the machine in good condition.
- Customers must not tamper, modify, or attempt to repair the equipment. Any issues must be reported to Divine Health Home Care immediately.
- Customers are responsible for regular maintenance and cleanliness of the rented equipment.
4. Delivery & Pickup:
- Standard delivery charges would be applicable based on location.
- At the end of the rental period, the customer must return the equipment on the agreed date. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
- If the customer requests early pickup, no refunds will be provided for the unused rental period.
5. Damage & Liability:
- The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of the rented equipment.
- In case of any damage, loss, or misuse of the equipment, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
- Divine Health Home Care is not liable for any injury, complications, or adverse effects arising from misuse, improper handling, or medical complications related to equipment use.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellation before delivery: A cancellation fee may apply.
- No refunds will be issued after the machine has been delivered and rented out.
- In case of early return before the rental period ends, no refunds will be provided for unused days.
7. Emergency Support & Assistance:
- Customers can contact our support team for guidance on machine usage and troubleshooting.
- Customers must report any malfunction or operational issues immediately for troubleshooting or replacement.
- If the equipment malfunctions due to a technical issue, Divine Health Home Care will provide a replacement (subject to availability).
8. Modification & Termination of Service:
- Divine Health Home Care reserves the right to modify pricing, terms, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
- If the equipment is not returned or payments are pending, legal action may be taken.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
- By renting the medical equipment, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Divine Health Home Care reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not comply with these terms.
